Please don’t hesitate to ask us to wrap it and to add a personalized card with your message at the moment of your purchase., and of course it is a free service.

We make every effort to protect each piece of porcelain by carefully hand wrapping and packing each item. However, if despite our best efforts, your porcelain arrives broken we will be glad to exchange it for you (we must receive a photo of the broken porcelain within 24 hours of delivery).
